A mad scientist creates a monster, but after its head is cut off, he keeps it alive in a serum he has invented. This was the final installment of Hemisphere Pictures “Blood Island” trilogy which were all filmed in the Philippines and starred actor John Ashley and directed by Eddie Romero. Anything that is low budget and filmed over in the Philippines is a must viewing especially horror film lovers.
